Note to Vendors: Be specific as to what you are selling. If it is not listed on your application you may
be asked to stop selling an item.
Dealers, such as Scentsy, Thirty-One Gifts, Pampered Chef will be limited to 1 dealer.
FOOD VENDORS WILL HAVE TO SUPPLY THE BOROUGH WITH A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING THE BERWICK BOROUGH AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED.
*THE BOROUGH OF BERWICK IS NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING VENDOR APPLICATIONS. ONCE ALL RECEIVED APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED, AND WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO DETERMINE AVAILABLE SPACE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO RE-OPEN APPLICATIONS, WHICH WOULD BE ANNOUNCED HERE.*
2024 VENDOR APPLICATION / INFORMATION
- Vendors with trailors may pull in as early as Wednesday 10/2/24
- Other vendors may pull in Thursday 10/3/24 Go to the Riverfest office across from the Main Stage. Someone there will tell you your spot number and where it is.
- Overnight security is Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
- Event hours are
Friday noon to 9pm,
Saturday 10am to 9pm,
Sunday 10am to 6pm - PLEASE CLICK ON HOW TO MEASURE YOUR TRAILER. IF YOU CAN NOT FIT IN THE AMOUNT OF SPACE YOU ORDERED WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AND YOU WILL BE MOVED ACCORDINGLY.

December 13 - Dinner and Movie, 4:00 - 9:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - Food Trucks are ready to serve
4:00 p.m. - Civil War Encampment at the Jackson Mansion
5:00 p.m. - A FREE showing of A Dog Named Christmas starts at the First Baptist Church on Front Street
7:00 p.m. - A FREE showing of ELF, sponsored by the Columbia County Visitors Bureau, at the Berwick Theater
December 14 - Downtown Berwick Winterfest, 12:00 - 9:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. - Vendors, live wood carving and music available all along Front Street
2:00 p.m. - A FREE showing of The Polar Express, sponsored by Sean Black State Farm Insurance, at the Berwick Theater
4:00 p.m. - Civil War Encampment at the Jackson Mansion
5:00 p.m. - Traditional activities start with Santa lighting the Christmas Tree at St. Charles Park at 5:20 p.m.
