October 6th, 7th, & 8th of 2023

Note to Vendors: Be specific as to what you are selling. If it is not listed on your application you may be asked to stop selling an item.  
 
Dealers, such as Scentsy, Thirty-One Gifts, Pampered Chef will be limited to 1 dealer. 
 
FOOD VENDORS WILL HAVE TO SUPPLY THE BOROUGH  WITH A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING THE BERWICK BOROUGH AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED.

 APPLICATION WILL OPEN MAY 1, 2023

  • Vendors with trailors may pull in as early as Wednesday 10/7/23
 
  • Other vendors may pull in Thursday 10/5/23
 
  • Go to the Riverfest office across from the Main Stage. Someone there will tell you your spot number and where it is.
 
  • Overnight security is Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

 

  • Event hours are Friday noon to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 9pm, Sunday 10am to 6pm
